Perused the order dated 28.03.2016. The learned Single Judge allowed the writ application keeping in mind the provisions which have been made under ACP Rule, 2012 itself, where the period of work in the work charge

Patna High Court LPA No.1502 of 2016 dt.07-12-2017 establishment is required to be taken in consideration. This is frivolous appeal which has been filed by the State. This appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
