2. In view of the pleadings and materials on record and the common stand taken by learned counsel, the Court finds that the order dated 13.02.2017 passed in CWJC No. 18275 of 2016,

Patna High Court MJC No.43 of 2018 dt.21-11-2019 2/2 has been complied with and the petitioner after renewal of his licence has also got the original licence.

3. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.

4. Before parting, the Court deems it appropriate to observe that the conduct and role of the District Magistrate, Patna is required to be appreciated for having acted in an objective manner and for having complied with the order of the Court in its true letter and spirit.
