Petitioner, apprehends his arrest registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is recovery of 10 liters illicit country made wine from the shop of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

As there is recovery of illicit liquor from the shop of petitioner, present anticipatory bail is not maintainable and is

However, if petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail then his prayer for regular bail shall be considered preferably on the same day on its own merits without being prejudiced by this order.
