JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2023 The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents authorities to take appropriate legal action and to provide security to the petitioner to enable her to enjoy a piece of land purchased by her by virtue of registered sale deed from one Gulam Ijtaba @ Madani, S/o Jahurul Haq bearing sale deed no. 815700, Old Khata No. 28, Plot No. 87 ( New Khata No. 35, Plot No. 89), Area- 2 Katha. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent nos. 8 to 17 are forcibly dispossessing the petitioner from her own land and the petitioner is being prevented from entering into her property. According to the petitioner a representation has been filed before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga in this regard but no action as yet has been taken by the concerned authority.
After going through the submissions made by the petitioner, in my opinion the District Magistrate, Darbhanga may look into the matter and take appropriate action in
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.426 of 2021(4) dt.20-07-2023 3/3 accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner Accordingly, the District Magistrate, Darbhanga is directed to look into the matter and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
