04. 01.03.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 16.07.2015 passed by the 3rd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Cr. Appeal No. 35 of 2015/07 of 2015 (Reg. No. 45 of 2015), by which he has affirmed the order dated 01.05.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Sitamarhi in J.J.B. Case No. 1228 of 2014 arising out of Runi Saidpur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2012, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner. Considering the Report of the Juvenile Justice Board, Sitamarhi that now the case has been fixed for evidence, the prayer for release of the Petitioner is rejected. The Juvenile Justice Board, Sitamarhi is directed to expedite the inquiry and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any part for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.885 of 2015 (4) dt.01-03-2016 for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi, and the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
