2. The petitioner who has superannuated on 30.06.2013 from the post of Assistant District Supply Officer at Bhabua in the district of Kaimur has approached this Court for payment of salary for different periods when he worked under the control of the Food, Civil Supply and Consumer Protection Department at different places.
3. The details of such demands have been set out in paragraph-1 of the petition.
4. It has been submitted that for no apparent genuine reason, the arrears of salary have not been paid
Patna High Court CWJC No.3220 of 2019 dt.20-02-2019 2/2 to him despite his successive representation before the concerned authorities.
5. This Court, therefore, deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a representation before the Secretary, Food, Civil Supply and Consumer Protection Department, Bihar, Patna detailing his grievances, within a period of four weeks from today, on receipt of which the concerned respondent shall, after verifying the records, pass necessary sequel orders disposing of such representation within a period of six weeks thereafter.
6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
