The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of the co-accused. Petitioner was arrested in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014 and he is in custody since 06.02.2015 and has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S.
