2. Petitioner retired from the post of Head Warder with effect from 31.07.2018 from District Jail, Jehanabad. He prays for payment of monthly pension, L.I.C. amount, gratuity, G.P.F., earned leave, arrears of pension and other retiral benefits with interest @ 18%.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 stating therein that gratuity of Rs. 9,01,171/- has been paid on 18.12.2018, group insurance of Rs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2467 of 2019(3) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 2,48,008/- has been paid on 17.02.2019, G.P.F. and earned leave has already been sanctioned and pension and other retiral benefits has been sent to the office of the Accountant General for grant of pension and other benefits as stated in paragraphs 9, 10 and 11 of the counter affidavit.

Considering the statement made in the counter affidavit, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent nos. 4 and 5 to make payment of all retiral benefits sanctioned and sent to the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
