JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2024 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Collector, Siwan to dispose off the pending appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Aganwari Appeal No.42 of 2021, within a stipulated time frame. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in case aforesaid appeal is still pending, the same would definitely be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Collector, Siwan to dispose off the aforesaid Appeal No.42 of 2021, in

Patna High Court CWJC No.2395 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 case the same has not yet been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
