Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that petitioner is said to have given dagger blows to the injured. No doubt, the injured sustained altogether two injuries said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon but both the injuries were found simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.11.2015 in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40558 of 2015 (6) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2014 is, hereby, confirmed. Inform the concerned court accordingly.

The personal appearance of both the police officials stands dispensed with.
