This writ petition has been filed for issuance of directions to the respondents to pay with interest after calculating the compensation amount to the petitioner of his taken land from (I) Khata No. 408; Khesra No. 1011; (II) Khata No. 72; Kheshra No. 2902; (IIII) Khata No. 233; Khesra No. 2630; and (IIV) Khata No. 256; Khesra No. 2470 of Thana No. 72 situated at Village Brahgama in P.S. Islampur, Nalanda, which was encroached upon and taken by the Road Construction Dept. for oad widen and for payment after giving L. P. C. of said land of the petitioner.
