The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was on bail but his bail bond was cancelled in the year 1999. The petitioner met with an accident in the year 2006 and since then he has remained under treatment. The petitioner surrendered in the court on 31.03.2015 and since then he is in jail. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months for misuse of privilege of bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Saran at Chapra in S. Tr. No. 1752A/ 1994 297/15 arising out of Garkha P.S. Case No. 74/1994.
