JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. Following was the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application.

"That the petitioner seeks issuance of writ of MANDAMUS commanding the Respondent No. 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to inspect the answer sheet of Physics, Chemistry and English and further to provide the carbon copies of answer sheets of the subjects, ut supra, of 2017 Intermediate examination."

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.13648 of 2017(3) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 nos. 2 and 3, sworn by the Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board, from which it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed inasmuch as the answer sheets, which the petitioner was demanding, have already been supplied to him.
