The petitioner seeks bail in Bind P.S. Case No. 13/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 308 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with a piece of brick on his head. Other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 01.07.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 13/2015.
