The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni (FCI OP) P.S. Case No. 303 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner caused firearm injury on the right leg of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence. As per the allegation petitioner shot on the right leg of informant which is not vital part of the body, so no case under Section 307 IPC is made out. Petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Case No. 303 of 2021.
