The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sonpur Pahleja O.P. P.S. Case No.1125 of 2018 registered under Sections 304 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 12.11.2018 at about 07.00 A.M., the informant along with son Dharmveer Kumar went to Pappu Medical Store for the treatment of his son Dharmveer Kumar by Shailendra Singh (petitioner no.1), where Shailendra Singh (petitioner no.1) administered one injection, which was given by Rinku Singh (petitioner no.2). Thereafter, Dharmveer, the son of the informant, died.

No.10387 of 2019(3) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant had come for the treatment of his son by the petitioner no.1 but the petitioners advised the informant to go to anywhere for the treatment of his son but with an ulterior motive, the informant has lodged this case. Further submission is that the witnesses in paragraph-8, 9 and 12 of the case diary, have stated in their statement that when the informant had come for the treatment of his son by the petitioner no.1, the son of the informant was senseless and he was not administered any injection.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran, Chhapra, in connection with Sonpur (Pahleja) O.P. P.S. Case No.1125 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
