JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.01.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one country made Masket with live cartridges and one robbed Nokia mobile were recovered.
Though a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent but it is submitted that petitioner was subsequently made accused in one other case.
The report of the Superintendent of Police, Madhepura dated 15.02.2015 reflects that petitioner is accused in another case.
Considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21791 of 2014 (8) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 41 of 2014.
