The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The widow of the deceased disclosed that her husband had gone to Gaurichak market but he did not return. On the next day, the dead body of her husband was recovered, then she disclosed that she came to know that her husband was taking wine with the petitioner and others. The brother of the deceased has also made similar statement. There appears no eye witness to the occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 24.8.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39530 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Patna-City in connection with Gaurichak P. S. Case No. 217 of 2014.
