The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named five persons including the petitioner and alleged that the petitioner assaulted him with Farsa on his head. One lacerated wound was found on the head besides other injuries. The doctor opined that the injuries were caused by hard and blunt object and also dangerous to life but he did not opine that whether the injuries were grievous or simple. There is counter version in which petitioner and men from his side were also injured.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39854 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015.
