2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A), 406, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the DP Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons is said to have assaulted the informant due to non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a hard copy of the supplementary affidavit on behalf of the petitioner through opposite party no. 2, in the Court.

5. Let it be kept on record.

6. By way of supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present harmony has been restored in between the parties and the opposite party no. 2 is residing with the petitioner and leading happy conjugal life.

7. Considering the fact that the opposite party no. 2 is residing with the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 44 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
