That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), direction(s) for direction order(s), to the respondent authorities to make payment of the compensation amount in the light of the order dated 03.11.2022 passed in Claim Case No. 40510114102203743 by the District Public Claim Redressal Officer, Madhubani to the petitioner along with statutory interest @ 12% per annum and to grant any other consequential benefits for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted, by referring to paragraph no. 7 of the counter affidavit filed in the present case on behalf of the respondents no. 2 & 3, that the compensation amount to the tune of Rs. one lac has already been paid to the petitioner through her bank account no. 32113692394 as per the provisions contained under Clause 6(1) of the Bihar Shatabdi Unorganized Sector Workers and Artisans Social Security Scheme, 2011, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

This Court finds that the aforesaid aspect of the matter has not been refuted by the petitioner inasmuch as no rejoinder affidavit has been filed.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
