Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and admittedly, after investigation police submitted charge sheet under section 306 of the IPC and the court has also taken cognizance for the aforesaid offence.

In course of investigation, it came to light that the deceased committed suicide as she was fed up due to drinking habit of her husband.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38227 of 2014 (4) dt.16-02-2015 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in Derni P.S. Case no. 46/2010.
