2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

Patna High Court CWJC No.12713 of 2016(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 Highway Authority of India Delhi (Respondent No.7) and National Highway Authority of India Boring Road Krishnapuri, Patna (Respondent no.8) and District Magistrate Ara (respondent no.5) to decide the issue of alignment in Babura Dorigunj Approach route for which the representation is pending in compliance of the order dated 29.03.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12573 of 2015 by Hon'ble High Court.

3. Learned State counsel submits that the matter the matter was listed and since no one appeared, it was passed over. He further submits that in any case the matter seems to have become infructuous.

4. Be that as it may, since the petitioners has chosen not to represent, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
