Let the Registrar, Patliputra University, Patna be impleaded as respondent no.6 to the writ petition. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya that all the records in relation to the issues raised by the petitioner have been transferred to the Patliputra University which has come into existence in the meantime.
