Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From the F.I.R., it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
