Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the same within four weeks after opening of the regular Court.

Petitioner is an accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 868 of 2019 arising out of Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14397 of 2020(3) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 52318 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 53253 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-XXIII, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
