Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS (Spl) case No. 28/2022, Supaul (Lokaha O.P) Case No. 1004 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 21(c) of the NDPS Act &30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 300 bottle codeine syrup equivalent to 10 liter was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner but the same was recovered behind the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Supaul in connection with NDPS (SPL) Case No. 28/2022, Supaul (Lokaha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 1004/2022.
