The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the husband and there is allegation that he killed his wife.
The prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 10.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5261 of 2014.
It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 26.06.2012 but the trial has not yet been concluded although all the material witnesses have been examined.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40760 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
