In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the action of the authority in granting permit without formulating the route which is per se illegal in terms of Section 68(3) (Ca) of the Motor Vehicle Act and Rule 66 (2) and 66(11) of the Motor Vehicle Rule.
Earlier similar type of question was raised in C.W.J.C. No. 9161 of 2016 and C.W.J.C. No. 18391 of 2015 and this Court has given direction to raise all the points before the State Transport Authority.
