Petitioner has prayed for the following relief/s: "for direction to the respondent authorities to reconstruct/repair the badly disorder main road of total distane at 15 kilo meter leading from Kharhara Chawk to Hemja Chawk as the aforesaid road is only mode of communication and transportation of goods
