1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Lachhuar P.S. Case no. 92 of 2025 registered under sections 25 (1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the petitioner managed to escape, a country made pistol was recovered from his house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioners possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 25.10.2025 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the petitioner being in custody since 25.10.2025 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Lachhuar P.S. Case no. 92 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
