JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from the land of the petitioner pursuant to the measurement report submitted by Anchal Amin dated 20.01.2016 to the Circle Officer, Khizarsarai stating therein that the private respondent forcibly encroached the land of the petitioner."
