Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2013 (S.Tr. No. 320 of 2014) registered under Sections 323, 363, 366A, 376, 498A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sitamarhi.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to release him from jail custody. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in terms of the Hon'ble Apex Court order and for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37853 of 2014 (4) dt.30-01-2015 dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi, and the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
