For quashing the Memo No. 98 (Annexure1) dated 13/01/2023, issued by Circle officer Manjha by which he has given no objection to

Patna High Court CWJC No.2758 of 2023(2) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 Mukhiya of Adampur Panchayat to use the land pertaining to Khata No. 74, Kheshra No-548 for cremation of dead bodies.

(ii.) For directing the Respondents authorities to remove the wall which has been made by respondent No. 12 to 14 for the purpose of cremation of dead bodies in Khata No-74, Kheshra No-548 which is a Germajarua Malik land (Parti Kadim)."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, for redresal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
