The petitioner seeks bail in Srinagar Pujahan P.S. Case No. 48 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made specific allegation against the petitioner that he kidnapped his daughter only because there is land dispute between his father-in-law and Daya Yadav. The petitioner happens to be mother of Daya Yadav. No material has come against the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady.
