JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but he was arrested in connection with another case in which he made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in present occurrence as well as in some other case and thereafter petitioner was remanded in the present case as well as in several other cases. Admittedly, the stolen motorcycle has not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S.Case No. 706 of 2014.
