Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 1209b)/34 of the Indian penal Code.

In the instant case allegation of assault and firing is against Shambhu Sah and not against this petitioner. Considering the fact that there is no allegation of firing or specific overt act against this petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on
