2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a country-made pistol with misfired cartridge and a shell of cartridge were recovered from the roof of the house of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that as per F.I.R. itself, the alleged arms and ammunition have been recovered from the roof of the house of the petitioner. Apart from this,

6. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
