The petitioner seeks bail in Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 28/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The informant made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that the petitioner was also found fleeing away having armed in his hand. Pratima Devi also disclosed the name of the petitioner, but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Specific allegation of firing is made against Pawan Mandal. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
