====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S. Case No. 312 of 2020, G.R. No. 2446 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 337, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' case is not distinguished is that of Dharambir and Dhirendra, who have been enlarged on anticipatory bail earlier. Learned counsel further submits that there are cross cases between the parties.

Taking into consideration and all the aspects that the

No.17747 of 2021(3) dt.12-01-2022 2/2 allegation of using firearm is specifically against Balbir Yadav, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners and in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
