Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The brief facts of the case are that earlier, the wife of the petitioner had filed a writ application bearing C.W.J.C. no. 958 of 2007, before this Court, for payment of arrears of salary of about 1 years and 10 days, starting from 25.04.2006, which was disposed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.02.2019, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authorities, in case, the arrears of salary has not been paid and the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed but instead of approaching the Authority,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4267 of 2023(2) dt.29-01-2024 2/2 present (second) writ application has been filed by the husband of the erstwhile petitioner seeking same and similar relief, however, it is a settled law that for the same relief, successive writ application is not maintainable.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ application is dismissed.
