After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file appropriate application before the jurisdictional Magistrate raising objection to the filing of the final form and acceptance thereof, in future, if so advised, and also take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
