The present application has been filed for quashing the First Information Report vide M.H. Nagar (Daraunda) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 including the Chargesheet pending in the Court of learned A.D.J.-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan.

From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that prima facie case is made out against the petitioner. Accordingly, this quashing petition stands dismissed.
