Patna High Court CWJC No.11166 of 2017(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 under Section 35 of Bihar Consolidation of holding and prevention of Fragmentation Act has been filed against the final publication of scheme in the Mauza, on the ground that on the records of right finally published stands in the name of a dead person and the relief was sought for its correction by entering the name of the petitioner, who claims to be descendants of the deceased recorded raiyat and also on in question. the basis of possession of the land in question.

3. This case was called in the pre-noon session as also the forenoon session and there is no appearance.

4. In that background, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
