In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No.17 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498A, 387, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will surrender before the court below and the court below should take into consideration the order of anticipatory bail granted to the husband of victim.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within three weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will dispose of the bail application of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7060 of 2019(2) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 taking into consideration that the anticipatory bail has already been granted to the husband of the victim.
