The petitioner is in jail custody since 08-08-2014 on the accusation that being Headmaster of a school, he issued certificates to those students, who were not enrolled in the concerned school and also removed relevant registers. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Athmalgola P.S.
