The petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 142/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 420, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant went inside the ATM booth to withdraw money but the informant got slip after inserting his ATM card and did not receive money. Immediately thereafter, the petitioner entered into ATM booth and took away Rs. 10,000/- of the informant and fled away.

It is submitted that the allegation is false. The case has been compromised and the petitioner has already remained in jail for about three and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39979 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 142/2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
