2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated rather they say that some persons were snatching the informant's motorcycle. While trying to fleeing away, they left the motorcycle at the place of occurrence. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Ramesh Prasad who fled away with the motorcycle of the informant has been granted bail after a compromise was entered into between the said Ramesh Prasad and the informant.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
