Mr.Anil Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.299/2018, registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner was caught on the spot with looted articles. Firearms were also recovered from his possession. It further appears that his prayer for bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 05.07.2019, with an observation to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of 6 months and if not concluded the petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that 6 months have already been expired, charge has been framed but there is no substantive progress in the trial and he is in custody since 13.12.2018.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XIth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.299/2018.
