JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caused gunshot injury in the stomach of informant.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that on account of petty dispute some altercation took place in which accidental firing was made. There is no injury report on record. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 09.04.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.
